Josh was born and raised in Roanoke, Virginia, and moved to Richmond to attend Virginia Commonwealth University, where he earned a degree in business with a concentration in real estate. After graduating, he worked alongside a well-known developer and investor in the city, gaining hands-on experience in project management, finance, accounting, and property management. This foundation led him to establish Virtue Real Estate Services, an investment company focused on buying and selling off-market properties. Over the years, Josh has developed a deep understanding of the real estate landscape, particularly in helping distressed homeowners find solutions that best fit their needs.

In addition to his work as a Realtor, Josh owns a hospitality company specializing in managing furnished rentals throughout the Richmond area. His expertise in short-term rentals and investment properties provides his clients with a unique advantage, whether they’re buying, selling, or looking for investment opportunities. Outside of real estate, he enjoys staying active, exploring Richmond’s restaurant scene, hiking in the mountains, and traveling.
