Katie is what you would call Richmond-obsessed. Except for her time in college at Longwood University, she has lived here her entire adult life. Roving from Lakeside, Tuckahoe, The Fan, and Carytown, she recently put down roots in Northside. With a family heavily involved in real estate and a background in education, she realized she could apply her passion towards helping people by helping them find their home in this amazing city and watching them fall in love with Richmond, too. When Katie isn’t doing all things real estate, you can find her exploring the outdoors with her two rescue pups, or checking out Richmond’s food and drink scene with friends.
