This is my second house that I have bought with the help from Steve. This was different from the hot market of early 2022. We had time to negotiate and take a look around. While negotiating Steve had some great tactics and insight on how to be fair and still play hardball with the seller. Steve helped us secure contractors, appraisers, exterminators and even structural engineers. The best part was that this was out of Steve's market, yet Steve still knew who to call and to keep things moving forward.
