High-energy Realtor, investor, and craftsman — bringing design vision, financial intelligence, and deep local roots to every real estate experience.
Born and raised in Richmond, Eric Morehouse combines lifelong local knowledge with an investor’s mindset and an artist’s eye for detail. After years working in high-end steakhouses in Richmond and Charleston — where service, precision, and presentation mattered — Eric transitioned into real estate and quickly found his stride. With over 8 years in the industry, he has represented buyers, sellers, and investors with a level of insight that goes far beyond the transaction.
A longtime Bon Air resident (just a mile from where he grew up), Eric is now raising his family in the same school system that shaped him. His connection to the area isn’t transactional — it’s generational. Clients benefit from his hyper-local awareness of neighborhoods, value trends, and off-market opportunities.
With hands-on experience flipping homes and managing his own rental portfolio, Eric brings a builder’s eye and a numbers-driven approach to every deal. He helps clients evaluate renovation potential, understand true return on investment, and make confident financial decisions. Whether it’s a first-time homebuyer or a seasoned investor, Eric approaches every property with strategy and creativity.
Beyond real estate, Eric is the founder of Bon Air Custom Frames, a boutique fine art framing studio known for handcrafted mouldings, archival materials, and museum-quality presentation. His work in framing and fine art reflects the same principles he brings to real estate — craftsmanship, detail, and long-term value. He also serves on the executive board of the Bon Air Artists Association, supporting local creatives and community events.
When he’s not negotiating contracts or walking properties, you’ll likely find him on a long-distance bike ride, in his workshop crafting custom frames, or spending time with his wife and daughters.
Clients consistently describe Eric as responsive, strategic, and calm under pressure. He believes real estate should feel empowering — not overwhelming — and works tirelessly to make every step clear, thoughtful, and aligned with his clients’ long-term goals.
