Her work does not end at closing. Taney openly shares her network of trusted local resources and wants to remain useful long after the transaction is over. She hopes clients call her when they need a contractor, a recommendation, advice, or simply a trusted perspective. She believes the best businesses are built through relationships, community, and referrals earned through care and consistency.

Taney dreams of someday rescuing cats and running a quiet cabin resort surrounded by nature. She likes physical work, gravel roads, and being outdoors. For now, she and her husband operate a design-forward Airbnb near the James River and enjoy hosting people visiting Richmond to experience the food, culture, art, and natural beauty that make the city so special. Until then, you can usually find her and her family out on walks visiting the neighborhood cats.
