Courtney was born and raised in Henrico, Virginia. She is a fourth-generation Richmonder who has lived in the area her entire life, other than her four years at James Madison University. She received her Bachelor of Social Work degree with a minor in Family Studies from JMU. After graduating, Courtney moved to the Museum District where she worked for a non-profit as a home visitor in Richmond’s Northside. Living in many areas throughout Richmond and taking advantage of every adventure the city has to offer allowed Courtney to gain extensive knowledge of the areas she serves.
Courtney’s social work background and passion and experience in serving others, her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and her ability to listen and communicate effectively, provide her clients with unmatched personal service for the best representation possible in real estate. Courtney loves all things Richmond, her dog Kernel, and is always down to try a new restaurant.
