After her husband retired from the U.S. Air Force, Janet relocated to the Fredericksburg area in 1999. She dedicated the first 12 years to working in a bustling Orthopedic office. In 2013, she opted for a career change and shifted to real estate as an Administrative Assistant. Over the next 4 years, she immersed herself in every facet of real estate, participating in over hundreds of transactions. Janet's responsibilities included guiding clients through contract paperwork, preparing listings, coordinating home inspections, collaborating with title companies and mortgage lenders, and attending closings. Concurrently, she pursued her real estate license, driven by a passion for assisting people in their home buying and selling journeys. Every day, Janet finds motivation in meeting new people and helping them achieve their goals. Creating seamless transactions and ensuring client satisfaction brings her immense joy.
