Angie’s love for Richmond runs deep. From her days immersed in the city’s vibrant music scene to her successful career as a Producer at The Martin Agency, her journey has always been authentically Richmond. Now, as a top 1% Realtor in Central Virginia, Angie’s true passion is helping clients navigate the real estate market. She is a fierce advocate for her clients, leveraging nearly a decade of real estate expertise to equip them with the knowledge and strategies needed to successfully buy or sell a home. Having lived in neighborhoods like the Fan, Fulton Hill, Midlothian, and Stratford Hills—and as the owner of the fabulous “Black Pine” Airbnb in Oregon Hill and a commercial property at VCU—her connection to the city is as strong as her dedication to the people she serves. She’s obsessed with her two dogs, two cats and has also been a foster mom in the past.

Anousheh’s journey to real estate started at VCU Arts, where she fell in love with the city’s incredible architecture and vibrant creative culture . Since then, she’s built a dynamic career as a Grammy-nominated singer/songwriter, has worked in fashion and e-commerce, and helped her husband build his Richmond-Based Screenprinting business Triple Stamp Press from the ground up. Her eye for design and attention to detail shine through with every client, whether she’s guiding a buyer to their perfect home or crafting a listing that captures attention and stands out in the market. Anousheh has loved and lived in Richmond for over 20 years, having lived in the Fan, Church Hill, Oregon Hill, Forest Hill and now North Chesterfield, where she lives with her husband and two boys, and their beloved family pup.
