Maggie’s journey in real estate began with unconventional naps in the back seat of her mother’s ’66 Mustang, navigating the streets of San Francisco City College during an era when single women pursuing degrees were a rarity. Inspired by her Uncle Jim, a real estate developer in Puerto Rico, she embraced the idea that real estate was in her DNA. Maggie played a pivotal role in her mother’s venture of transforming a property into a 10-room Air B&B, marking her first experience in property flipping and team management during her teens.
