Shelby has 10+ years of experience in Richmond real estate (both new construction & resale) and takes each clients’ individual story and makes it into the most educated, most significant home buying/selling decision ever. Throughout the process (whether it’s the first home or 100th) she is there, every step of the way, answering every question someone has, big or small. She is always looking to learn new ways to make the process the easiest and the least stressful. Shelby truly understands the impact of house-buying and is the biggest cheerleader for her clients. She has lived (and sold) in many areas of Richmond, including South Chesterfield, Chester, Midlothian, Henrico, Short Pump, Glen Allen, Hanover, and is a homeowner herself in the Near West End. As high school sweethearts we’ve been living each day towards this retirement experience for almost 50 years and Shelby made us feel like it was not just a business transaction to her either.
